Eye bags!!! No!!!

I hardly ever have eye bags, even when I don’t get adequate sleep. Then I remembered yesterday and the fun I had at ‘London Life, Lagos Living’. It was worth the eye bags.

I couldn’t write about this till I was part of the awesomeness, can’t blame a sister: seeing is believing. Not that I expected less from the seasoned crew: Kate Henshaw, Funke Akindele, OC Ukeje, Chioma ‘Chigurl’, Kemi Lala Akindoju, Lami Phillips, Patrick Diabuah & Adebola Williams.

I have now earned the right to tell you that you must head over to the Muson Center to see ‘London Life, Lagos Living’ a stage adaptation of Bobo Omotayo’s book, Directed by Kenneth Uphopho and Produced by Kemi Lala Akindoju.

The play is satirical in nature but also has a comic side to it. Each Actor delivered their lines effortlessly. Each scene was well applauded by the captivated audience.

If you are one of the people who thinks that plays could be drag and archaic, then this is for you. I bet after you have seen this play you will have a change of heart.

The play has a realistic/modern bend to it. You would come to appreciate the city called Lagos and be ready to have a good laugh.

The play started on the 1st of October and ends today the 4th of October (3pm & 6pm, 7pm) at Agip Recital Hall Muson Center. Details:
